Welcome to the Gosford Hill Badminton Club website!
We are a friendly, sociable club in Oxford with teams in the local Oxfordshire Badminton League. We’re always happy to welcome new members, especially those of league standard, and we encourage you to visit a couple of times before joining.
We also have a junior club, Gosford Hill Colts which is open to younger players between the ages of 11 and 18.
Clubnights are on Thursday evenings at Oxford High School for Girls — 6pm until 7pm for juniors, and 7pm until 10pm for the seniors.
This season, clubnights for the senior club start on Thursday 4th September 2025, and run until 26th March 2026. For the Colts, the first session of the season is on 11th September 2025, and the last will be on 26th March 2026.
For the 2025 / 2026 season we have three teams in the open league, one in the ladies’ league, a mixed team, and two ‘3D’ teams, playing in the Oxfordshire Badminton League. Home matches are played on Tuesday evenings (7.30pm) and Thursdays (7.00pm) .
